– Integrated semiconductor electronics

– AI-Based material design (material design and synthesis, device characteristic analysis, etc.)

– Next generation semiconductor materials & devices

– Wide bandgap(SiC, GaN) based power semiconductor device

Eligibility

  1. Holding a related Ph.D (possible to apply if your degree is expected before the appointment.)
  2. Proficiency in English is required.
    ※ We support women scientists.
    ※ More applications from well industrially experienced scientists are encouraged.

Remuneration

  1. Salary : The high level among national universities in Korea.
  2. Housing : Faculty apartments located on the campus can be provided
